Janice Fiamengo: Academic Initiatives - Pandering To Women, Excluding Men

Image
Janice Fiamengo, a retired professor of English from Canada, looks at the continued pandering to women in the academic world. Unproveable "feelings" matter incredibly here in producing new initiatives, not facts like women outnumbering men at universities. Misandry and pandering to feminist ideology on a butty. This video dates from 2016, but is every bit as relevant today, as Janice lays bare the facts behind these odious initiatives.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the 'Gentleladies'...

Image
'Oh, baby girl!' 'Gentlelady' Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez demonstrates her... er... 'gentlelady-like manners' and professionalism. A comment about false eyelashes led to a verbal catfight recently. The comment — which was made by Marjorie Taylor Greene during a markup to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress — prompted nearly an hour of disorder in the committee, with lawmakers screaming over one another and hurling insults left and right, leaving Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) struggling to maintain order. This is what happens after nearly 150 years of the odious feminist ideology. This is women abusing the extraordinary power they have, and have always had, over men. That power is how we got here. Feminism was never questioned, despite being riddled with misandry and other odious traits since its inception. References by some of the women concerned to 'gentleladies' made us smile. The most widely used original term was gentlewomen. H

The Destructivists - Rick Bradford on Moral Usurpation, Feminism and Woke...

Image
We have a great deal of time for English researcher Rick Bradford and his Illustrated Empathy Gap website. Here, Rick discusses his thoughts and findings with Tom Golden and Janice Fiamengo. Highly recommended, but you need a cuppa and to be prepared to listen and concentrate. Web skimming? Not for this.

Feminist Rot at Ryerson University - Fiamengo File Special Edition

The hate ideologies of feminism and intersectional feminism plus the hateful and narcissistic attitudes of feminist students and the grovelling/chivalrous postures of their male supporters stop groups from forming to discuss male issues. Admit to your male privilege (what is that?) and leave things alone. Feminists are the only worthy group.  The only group ALLOWED. Feminism is THE ideology and is unquestionable. Women are the ones who were oppressed and are gentle, loving and morally superior. Really? Heaven knows what their forebears would have done without men to provide for and protect them. Privilege? Balderdash. Feminism is akin to Nazism. Hate groups always pick out certain demographics to focus on. What these purveyors of hate would do in the modern world without men in the glass cellar jobs maintaining the infrastructure need not be considered. More privilege, you see. If it wasn't for the fact that men have always done the ghastly jobs which keep the comfortable world we

Bear Grylls - A Stereotypical Man - Patronising, Pandering, Misandrist.

Image
'If I hadn't turned up today, and I'd turned up in six months, I bet these guys would be in pretty good shape,' said Bear Grylls -  The Island TV series - of the female group. This was a show that pitted men against women to prove survival skills on two separate islands. But if the man had showed up that day without interventions from the supporting team for these women they would all have been dead from dehydration. He then goes on about disproving 'stereotypes'. The show did nothing to do that. It simply showed the pandering attitude of some men to women - and their willingness to disregard their own sex. Bear is a typical, chivalrous male. A stereotype, desperate for female approval, and prepared to talk bull to get it.   That's why the vast majority of dirty, dangerous glass cellar jobs are still maintained by men. Those jobs keep our infrastructure running - and enable feminists, comfortably provided for by that male-powered infrastructure, to say, &

The Fiamengo File Episode 12: Do Women Want Equality?

Feminists see glass ceilings, never glass cellars, and the world as being pitched against women. Studies by researchers with Feminist underpinnings, with no male equivalent studies, paint vivid and nonsensical pictures of poor, oppressed women, with preferred hiring practices firmly in place. Meanwhile, the infrastructure, which makes these entitled whinings possible, is largely maintained by men in glass cellar jobs.
