Simone De Beauvoir's book, The Second Sex, is still a major influence on Feminism. It's potty and twisted (my words) - and Janice Fiamengo has a far better head for talking about and analysing it than me.

Minister For Safeguarding Misandrist Attitudes & Female Narcissism: Jess Phillips!

                                  When history looks back at this era, the actions of the likes of smirking, own-gender-adoring Jess Phillips and Yvette Cooper and their hideous discrimination against men and boys will be plain to see, as will the male attitude of 'let women do whatever they want - they are the priority,' born of chivalry. The future is hopeful in that way, as society is bound to see that women are not sainted and blameless. They are human. And they abuse power and are prone to extreme narcissism. We were rather shocked that England now has a Minister for Safeguarding hateful, one-sided attitudes. But how appropriate that it is Jess Phillips, who laughed at the notion that the issue of male suicides should be looked at in the so-called 'UK' Parliament. Netflix, 'Adolescence' & Intense Man & Boy Hate in the UK - Sponsored by Women, Men & 'Our' Politicians...

Adolescence , the recent Netflix drama shown in the UK about a boy stabbing a girl, has sent feminists, chivalrous men and the chattering classes in general, including the media, politicians and some academics, into a frenzy of misandry. Of course, our girls (angels without wings) deserve every protection from boys (monsters incarnate) based on a piece of fiction based on a slightly different, isolated incident. Many people, men and women, question the narrative, but the likes of Jess Phillips, who laughed at the notion that men's issues, like the suicide rate, should be raised in parliament, and Keir Starmer, the UK's Prime Minister (although a lot of his domestic legislation does not encompass the entire UK) are beating the drums to protect our angels without wings and to demonise schoolboys.
